Spooky season is here!

Halloween has officially taken over Roblox, and nearly every big game on the front page is wearing a costume this weekend. But the thing everyone in our corner of the internet keeps asking about isn't spooky at all. Before we start, like and subscribe to our YouTube channel and don't forget to catch up on our other Problox newsletters. Are you ready? Let’s go!

Stand Out Has One More Public Test

Stand Out has quietly become one of Roblox's most talked-about unreleased games, and this weekend’s public test is your next chance to try it. It’s the first big Roblox game built around JoJo Part 9, The JOJOLands. You wash up on a Honolulu-style island, grab a Stand Arrow, and get roped into a heist crew targeting Howler’s megayacht. The Arrow gives you a random Stand from a roster that leans into rare picks like Emperor, Tower of Gray, Beyond the Sea, Mandom, and The Grateful Dead, which can age your own character to power up.

Forget farming bandits for hours. Stand Out plays like a story RPG, with stealth sections, hidden switches at Rohan’s villa, boss fights, and DIO showing up as a world boss. Regular moves fill an X meter for a much stronger X Skill. You can also unlock Hamon or Vampirism, grow plants (including Rokakaka) for stat boosts, and redeem codes through an in-game phone app. The code PLAYTEST has been reported for free rewards while the test is live, and we’ll track anything new on our Stand Out codes page. Devs are targeting a full release in late October, so this weekend may be your last chance to try it early!

The Hollow Is Almost Here & These Games Are Rumored to Join

Roblox’s next big platform event has a date. After a short teaser on X, Roblox confirmed that The Hollow, its 2026 Halloween event, kicks off on October 22 at 11 AM PDT and runs for about two weeks. Like other recent Roblox events, you’ll hop between participating games, finish quests, and trade the currency you earn for rewards like UGC items.

No games are officially confirmed yet, but leakers and the characters spotted in the trailer point to a few familiar faces:

  • 99 Nights in the Forest

  • Piggy

  • Dandy’s World

  • Doors

  • +1 Speed Keyboard Escape

  • Scary Shawarma Kiosk

  • Dress To Impress

Weekend Day: Halloween and Regular Game Updates

Can’t get into Stand Out, or need a break between Stand rolls? Halloween updates are landing everywhere. Here’s where to spend your weekend.

  • Fisch: FischFright returns for its third year, and the devs promise the biggest, spookiest version yet. It’s limited time, so don’t sleep on it.

  • Evade: The Halloween event is back with:

    • 40+ themed cosmetics and emotes

    • 7+ spooky maps

    • Collectible Wisps for the battle pass

    • Spellbooks that give you temporary boosts

All gamepass sets are also down to 500 Robux for now.

  • 99 Nights in the Forest: Halloween begins in the forest. It’s a good warm-up if the Hollow rumors prove true.

  • Forsaken: Helperbot joined the Survivor roster on October 16, so this is your first weekend to try the new pick.

  • Steal an Egg: A gateway to the Halloween Dimension has appeared, with bosses and secret eggs inside. It’s the start of a two-part Halloween event.

  • Dress to Impress: Halloween and fall vibes hit the runway. Time to plan your scariest look.

  • Animal Hospital: The Halloween update is checking in.

  • Sell Fries Anomaly: A limited Halloween event with free admin gifts and a gem boost all weekend.

  • +1 Speed Keyboard Escape: Halloween World is open, packed with candy and chocolate. It’s also on the rumored Hollow list, so getting some practice in now can’t hurt.

  • Sol’s RNG: The Radiant Forest event is live for anyone chasing their next big roll.

  • Huss Valley: New content is coming soon. Hit the notify button on the event page so you don’t miss it.
