Big week! Roblox Plus members, listen up! There is a secret gift coming your way on July 31st, and you are not going to want to miss it. On top of that, one of the most anticipated Roblox games is finally launching today after nearly two years of waiting, and Roblox just handed game creators a powerful new tool to deal with rule-breakers. If you are a fan of alt accounts, you might not love that last one. Plus, we have got a solid lineup of game updates dropping this week. Let's get into it! Creators Can Now Ban Your Device - Not Just Your Account!
This one is a game-changer, and players need to pay attention. Roblox has rolled out a new Device Blocking capability via the Ban API, meaning creators can now ban the actual device you are playing on, not just your account. That means if you get banned and try to hop on an alt account from the same device, you are still blocked. There are limitations, however:
The device ban currently lasts 24 hours (though Roblox may extend that)
It only applies to desktop users on Windows and MacOS. Mobile and console are not affected yet.
The takeaway? Play nice. Alt accounts are no longer a guaranteed escape route!
VV Ultimatum Is Live Today - The Wait Is Finally Over!
After nearly two years of development and a couple of delays along the way, VV Ultimatum is officially launching today. If you are a Bleach fan, this one has been on your radar for a while. It is a full-on Bleach-inspired action RPG where you pick your path (Shinigami, Quincy, or Hollow), and dive into a massive world packed with quests, abilities, clan systems, Spirit Charms, and deep build customization. The game went through closed testing back in April and already felt incredibly polished, so today's launch is a big deal. No confirmed exact time yet, but it is dropping today. 🎁Roblox Plus Members Are Getting a Secret Gift on July 31st
Mark your calendars. Roblox has confirmed that all Roblox Plus subscribers will receive a special secret gift on July 31st, the Blossoming Gift of New Beginnings. Details on exactly what's inside are being kept under wraps for now, which is clearly intentional. The mystery is part of the fun. What we do know is that it is a limited avatar item exclusive to Plus members, so if you have been sitting on the fence about subscribing, this might be the nudge you needed. July 31st is not that far away, and you do not want to be the one who misses out on this when everyone else is showing it off.
