The Hatch Egg Hunt Just Lost DOORS & Piggy – Here’s Why
Cracks are opening where they shouldn’t
Despite the huge excitement over The Hatch 2025 Egg Hunt, many developers are backing out of the event just weeks before it's due to start. If you're wondering why, there are multiple reasons, but some are definitely worse than others!
To explain everything, we first need to discuss the entire setup for The Hatch event. As confirmed by Roblox, this newest Egg Hunt iteration is also going to be the biggest one yet.
According to what is known, 1,000 developers are expected to be involved in this event. This seemed a significant number initially (the more the merrier), but playing through such a large number of games in just ten days seems a bit impossible. More details in the link below:
Devs Behind the BEST Egg Hunt are BACK! Say Hello to Yolktales!
“We’ve been planning this project for the last 6 months - and we’ll do it whether or not we have free UGC eggs from Roblox…” - This comes from the devs behind the most popular Egg Hunt ever, the one from 2018. Not much is known at this time, but we’ll ask around and provide you with as much information as possible.
